Refund Policy

At Ecom Sellr, we strive to provide high-quality services and client satisfaction. However, in certain cases, a refund may be applicable only under specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible to request a refund only if:

  • The project has not been started within 20 days of purchase.

  • The request is made before the approval of any primary design concept.

  • No revision requests have been made.

  • The project is not an urgent delivery or part of a discounted offer.

  • The client has remained responsive and provided required inputs on time.

  • The request is made within the allowable time window for refund consideration.

  • The reason for the request is directly related to service failure from our side.

  • For Amazon services: the client has fulfilled all required prerequisites and documentation timely.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10–30 business days, and a 12% processing fee will apply.


Refund Policy Will Be Voided If:

  • A discounted package has been selected.

  • The primary design concept has been approved.

  • You have requested any revisions.

  • The project is classified as an urgent delivery.

  • The cancellation is based on reasons unrelated to Ecom Sellr (e.g. business shutdown, change of mind, internal disagreements).

  • The client has been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks.

  • Our policies or terms of service have been violated.

  • Another designer or agency was approached for the same project.

  • The provided creative brief lacked essential information.

  • You have requested a complete redesign.

  • The refund claim exceeds the allowable request period.

  • The business is undergoing name changes or closure.

  • Refund is requested for personal reasons like disagreement with partners, change of mind, etc.

  • The final files have already been delivered to you.

  • The work was outsourced to us via a third party.

  • Refund or revisions are requested for free items included in your package.

  • Refund is requested for services such as:

    • Social Media Management

    • SEO

    • Domain Registration

    • Web Hosting


📦 Amazon Refund Policy

  • The client is eligible for a refund only if service delivery has failed due to our fault and all required documents and data were provided on time.

  • Refund is not applicable if the client failed to provide:

    • Business Information

    • Personal Identification

    • Store Details

    • Other Required Documents

  • Ecom Sellr is not responsible for outcomes caused by a client’s prior Amazon account history (e.g., account suspension).

  • If applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 working days.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • 12% processing fee applies to all client-initiated refunds.

  • No refund is applicable once final files have been delivered.

  • Refund requests must meet all outlined conditions.

📞 Need to Request a Refund?

Once a refund is issued, Ecom Sellr retains full ownership of any shared materials, and further use by the client is strictly prohibited.
